I have been learning how to work out which fractions are bigger then the other.

What I have learned in fractions.

What I have learned in fractions is how to add and subtract two fractions that have the same denominator.

45/200 + 35/200 = ? 

I now that the answer is 80/200 because you only add the numerators together. The numerators are 45 and 35 so 45 + 35 = 80 and the rule is that you don't add the denominator together if they are the same number. 

My array activity

I learned how to make arrays using different materials and putting them in to columns and rows.
I used my multiplication facts to multiply the rows by the columns so I could find out how many objects are in each array.
